摘　　要：Niagara瀑布样T波多由交感神经兴奋过度引起,常见于脑血管意外,随着对这种特征性波形认识的深入了解,在其他疾病中也发现了这种波形。本文报道1例以纳差为主诉的Niagara瀑布样T波。Niagara T waves like waterfall are mostly caused by excitability of sympathetic nerve, which are common in cerebrovascular accidents. With the in-depth understanding of this characteristic waveform, this wave is also found in other diseases. This paper reports one case of Niagara T wave like waterfall with the chief complaint of poor appetite.
