摘 要:采用自组装的方式将过氧化物酶(POD)和葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)组成的双酶修饰到戊二醛(CA)/壳聚糖(CS)/Fe_3O_4-MWNTs复合材料的两种不同规格玻碳电极表面,形成POD-GOD/CA/CS/Fe_3O_4-MWNTs生物传感器。利用循环伏安法(CV)对两种规格的生物传感器进行表征,并对其制备条件及电化学性质进行了详细的研究。结果表明:Fe_3O_4的磁性和碳纳米管较好的导电性以及传感器较大的比表面积大大地改善了双酶(POD-GOD)的生物活性。在最优条件下(t=28℃,pH=6.0),电极表面直径为1mm和5mm的生物传感器在葡萄糖浓度分别在3.33×10^(-10)~3.32×10^(-9 )mol/L范围内呈良好线性,检测限为1.67×10^(-10 )mol/L。Double enzyme composed by the self assembly of peroxidase(POD) and glucose oxidase (GOD) was modified on the surface of two different specifications of glassy carbon electrode of glutaralde hyde (CA)/chitosan(CS)/Fe3O4 MWNTs composites, which formed POD GOD/CA/CS/Fe3O4 MWNTs biosensor. The two specifications of biological sensors were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and the preparation conditions and electrochemical properties were studied in detail. The results showed that the magnetism Fe3O4, a better electrical conductivity of carbon nanotubes and the specific surface area of the sensor significantly improved the bioactivity of the bi enzyme (POD GOD). Under the optimal conditions (t=28℃, pH=6.0), the biosensors with the electrode surface diameters of 1mm and 5mm show good linearity respectively when the range of glucose concentration is from 3.33 × 10 ^-10 to 3.32 × 10^- 9mol/I. and from 3.33 ×10^-10 to 1.66 ×10 ^-9mol/L, and the detection limit was 1.67× 10^-10mol/L.
