心理契约精神视域下的高校学风建设创新研究

摘　　要：文章分析了心理契约精神与高校大学生学风建设的契合度,探讨了心理契约对高校大学生学生建设的重要意义,研究了构建高校大学生建设心理契约的策略,促进心理契约精神在高校学风建设中的应用及发展。With the development of higher education and progress of the era, college students＇ subject consciousness gradually strengthens, and the colleges’ work on constructing learning atmosphere is shifting from services to education by degrees. In this context, psychological contract spirit is proposed and applied to daily management of students. This paper briefly analyzes the fit of psychological contract spirit and construction of learning atmosphere among college students, and discusses the significance of psychological contract on the construction of colleges’ learning atmosphere. It studies the strategy of constructing psychological contract for college students, and promotes the application and development of psychological contract spirit in the construction of colleges’ learning atmosphere.
