摘 要:误解,在生活中时有发生,轻则令人不快,重则造成严重的人际冲突。语言学家、社会学家、心理学家都试图揭示误解成因。但遗憾的是,这些研究都没有从交际过程出发来探讨误解成因。文章借助于Lakoff的理想认知模型,对误解成因进行充分描述和系统分析并给出误解的消减策略。misunderstanding, a common phenomenon in daily life, may produce slight effects such as unpleasant feelings, or serious effects such as conflicts of people. Linguists, sociologists, and psychologists all try to reveal the causes of misunderstandings, however, none of these studies have explored the causes of misunderstandings from communication process. The paper will use Lakoff’s idealized cognitive models to fully describe and systematically analyze the causes of misunderstandings and provide some strategies to reduce misunderstandings.
