摘 要:通过对机场旅客登机行为实际数据进行拟合,得到登机行为的分布函数.针对单/双通道机型,综合考虑与登机行为密切相关的各类要素,建立符合实际过程的旅客登机模型,利用仿真实验比较登机策略的优劣.仿真结果表明:在单通道机型模型中,使用某些常用策略时的登机时间并不一定比随机登机少,旅客迟到时,采用从窗口向过道登机的策略对登机时间的改善并不明显;对于双通道机型,将旅客分为5组并采取从前向后登机的策略是最佳的选择.By fitting empirical data of passengers' boarding behavior at airports, distribution function of boarding behavior is identified. Based on all factors closely related to boarding behavior, a model for describing actual passenger boarding process is developed to simulate and compare different boarding strategies for single-aisle airplanes and twin-aisle ones, respectively. The simulation results, for a single-aisle airplane, show that some common strategies cannot shorten boarding time compared to random boarding, and effects of outside-in strategy do not show significant improvement in the case when late arrivals of passengers are taken into account. For a twin-aisle airplane, front-to-baek boarding strategy in which passengers are divided into 5 groups is a best choice.
