摘　　要：在老龄化日趋严重的形势下,如何有效解决养老问题,成为我国亟待解决的重要问题。"资产为本"的社区养老,可以充分激发社区要素的活力,调动可以运用的资产,有效缓解政府养老压力,也可以满足我国老人社区养老的愿望。文章结合兰亭社区养老项目,阐述如何以"资产为本",构建社区养老服务支持系统,为有效解决目前养老的困境提出一定的借鉴意义。In the situation of increasingly serious aging, how to effectively solve the problem of pension hasbecome an important problem to be solved urgently in China. The asset - based pension in the community canfully stimulate the vitality of community elements, mobilize the assets that can be used, effectively alleviate thepressure of government pension, and also satisfy our elderly’s desire for community support. Based on the com-munity pension project in Lanting Pavilion, this paper expounds how to build the support system of communitypension service with ＂ asset based＂ .
