摘　　要：限下大修理项目的预算分配是规划计划的工作重点和难点,工作繁杂、量大,而且资金预算分配主要依靠主观经验。以构成系统的基本单元为主体,利用差分序列加权法,通过致灾因子量的叠加进行权系数分配,将完全主观因素降到了最低,具有鲜明的理论价值与实际应用价值。The budget allocation of the limited large repair project is the key and difficult point of the project planning.The work is complex and large,and the budget allocation of funds mainly depends on subjective experience.In this paper,in order to minimize the total subjective factors,we constitute the basic unit of system as the main body,using differential sequences weighting method through the superposition of disaster-causing factors weights allocation which have a theoretical and practical application value.
