摘　　要：房地产住宅产品开发,户型的平面与公共交通空间组织设计至关重要。文章论述了户型与公共交通空间的发展,详细叙述了户型平面与公共交通空间的组合形式,并立足创造高品质高层建筑,根据建筑法规、市场需求、气候特点等因素,归纳推荐各地区楼型适用表。In the development of real estate residential products,the layout of the apartment and the design of the public transport space organization are very important. This article discusses the development of apartment type and public traffic space,describes in detail the combination form of apartment type plane and public traffic space. Based on the creation of high-quality high-rise buildings as long as considering factors including building code,market demand,climate characteristics,etc.,a recommendation of building types in different regions is summarized for application.
