摘 要:针对机载设备中天线工作时需要承受飞机引起的恶劣的振动及冲击环境,其结构可靠性成为影响使用寿命的关键因素,根据天线电磁性能仿真模型,通过结构优化,设计了一款机载双对数周期天线。采用Solid Works建立三维模型,利用ANSYS仿真分析软件进行随机振动仿真分析,优化天线模型结构。最后加工实物按照振动条件进行振动、冲击试验验证。结果表明,该天线结构能够满足机载力学环境要求,具有良好的可靠性。Aiming at the problem that antenna of the airborne equipment has to endure severe vibration and impact environment caused by aircraft,its structural reliability is the key factor affecting the service life. According to the electromagnetic performance simulation model of the antenna,an airborne antenna with dual log-periodic antenna structure is designed through structural optimization.The Solid Works software is used to set up the 3 D model.The ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the random vibration to make structure of the antenna model is the most optimum.Finally,the vibration and impact tests are validated according to the vibration conditions.The results show that the antenna structure can meet the requirements of airborne mechanical environment and has good reliability.
