摘 要:对连铸坯表面温度进行测量发现,在二冷区二冷喷嘴下方和铸坯两侧边角附近存在一些较低温度区,且表面较低温区相对应的下方铸坯内部产生中心裂纹和三角区裂纹较为频繁。通过严格控制凝固终点附近夹辊开口度和增强二冷区冷却水量等措施,将连铸坯的中心裂纹和三角区裂纹降低至接近零。Measurement of surface temperature of the billet revealed that there were some lower temperature zones under the second cooling nozzle in the second cooling zone and near the corners of both sides of the slab. Central and triangular cracks occured in the lower billet which were more frequent and corresponding to the lower surface zone. By strictly controlling the opening degree of the roller near the solidification end point and strengthening the cool- ing water quantity in the secondary cooling zone, etc,the central and triangular area cracks of the continuous casting billet were reduced to close to zero.
