摘  要:以西瓜种子为供试材料,以正常周年产气的沼液为研究对象,通过对不同浓度沼液浸种后西瓜种子的发芽表现,以筛选适宜西瓜种子浸种的沼液浓度。结果表明,用25%的沼液处理西瓜种子,其发芽势、发芽率、胚根长、发芽指数、活力指数等指标均显著高于其他处理,与对照相比,差异不显著;随着沼液浓度的增大,西瓜种子吸水率呈先升后降的变化趋势,峰值在6~12 h;当沼液浓度大于50%时,沼液浸种对西瓜种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用;从灰色关联度分析来看,沼液浓度对西瓜种子的萌发影响从大到小为化感抑制率>种子吸水率>种子活力>胚根长>发芽率>发芽势。适宜的沼液浓度有助于西瓜种子萌发,浓度过大,反而抑制其萌发。The experiment took watermelon seed as the test material, the biogas slurry with normal annual gas production as theresearch object. Through the germination performance of watermelon seeds after soaking the biogas liquid at different concentrations, thebiogas concentration suitable for watermelon seed leaching was screened. The results showed that the treatment of watermelon seeds with25% biogas slurry showed significantly higher germination potential, germination rate, radicle length, germination index and vigor indexthan other treatments, compared with the CK, which was not significant. With the increase of the concentration of biogas slurry, the waterabsorption rate of watermelon seeds showed the change trend of first rising and then decreasing, the peak value was 6-12 h. When theconcentration of biogas slurry was greater than 50%, the soaking of biogas slurry had obvious inhibitory effect on the germination ofwatermelon seeds. From the gray correlation analysis, the effects of biogas slurry concentration on the germination of watermelon seedswere as follows: allelopathic inhibition rate〉seed water absorption rate〉seed vigor〉radicle length〉germination rate〉germinationpotential. The suitable concentration of biogas slurry contributes to the germination of watermelon seeds, and the excessive concentrationinhibits its germination.
