萱草品种对Hg^(2+)胁迫的生理响应

摘  要:采用盆栽法,研究不同质量分数Hg^(2+)对萱草品种生理生化特征的影响。结果表明,在Hg^(2+)质量分数不断提高的过程中,萱草品种叶片脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均表现为持续上升;可溶性蛋白(SP)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性表现为倒"U"型趋势,其中,Hg^(2+)质量分数分别在1,10 mg/kg时达到最大值,分别为2.62 mg/g,52.88 U/m L。试验结果可为探索萱草耐汞机制提供一定的参考依据。In this paper, pot culture was used to study the effects of different Hg2+concentrations on physiological and biochemicalcharacteristics of Hemerocallis species. The results showed that with the increase of Hg2+concentrations, the content of MDA, Pro andPOD activity continued to increase. At the same time, the content of soluble protein and the activity of SOD showeda trend of first risingand then decreasing. The values of the content of soluble protein and SOD activity of Hemerocallis species reached the maximum, whichwere 2.62 mg/g and 52.88 U/mL, respectively, when the concentration of Hg2+was 1, 10 mg/kg. The results of this study will provide somereference for exploring the mercury tolerance mechanism of varieties of Hemerocallis.
