摘  要:试验研究氟中毒对小鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响,并证明添加谷胱甘肽(GSH)后对其的缓解作用,建立氟化钠(Na F)+GSH模型,进行总蛋白、SOD和CAT的测定。结果表明,与对照组相比,100 mg/L NaF组降低了肾脏SOD和CAT活性,且SOD活性降低差异显著;与100 mg/L NaF组相比,添加GSH后,400 mg/kg GSH组和800 mg/kg GSH组极显著提高了SOD活性;而对于CAT,加入GSH后活性虽有所升高,但未发现明显变化。说明通过添加GSH可以缓解氟中毒引起的肾脏损伤。This experiment is mainly to study the effects of fluorosis on the activities of total superoxide dismutase (SOD)andcatalase (CAT)in the kidney of mice and to demonstrate the alleviating effects of glutathione. Sodium fluoride (NaF)+ reducedglutathione(GSH)model was established to measure total protein, SOD activity and CAT activity. The results showed that compared withthe control group, SOD activity of 100 mg/L NaF group was significantly decreased. Compared with the 100 mg/L NaF group, SOD activityof 100 mg/L NaF + 400 mg/kg GSH and 100 mg/L NaF+ 800 mg/kg GSH were both significantly increased. However, the activity of CAThad no obvious in treatment groups. It suggests that GSH can alleviate the renal injury caused by fluoride.
