摘 要:通过对引起某车型汽车传动轴振动发响相关原因的分析,发现由于万向节带花键套管的往复运动产生一个外加力,反作用在中间传动轴上,使中间支撑橡胶垫出现振动;对中间传动轴的中间突缘进行检测,验证设想。通过更改加工工艺,较好地解决整车振动现象。结合目前153新式中间传动轴总成,调整装配工艺和技术改进,振动现象明显下降,效果明显。Through the analysis of the cause of the vibration of the automotive drive shafl of a vehicle, an external torte was generated due to the reciprocating motion of the universal joint with spline sleeve, then the external torte acted on the intennediate drive shafl, which made the intennediate support rubber pad jitter. The intennediate flange of the intermediate drive shafl was tested to verify the assumption. Through changing the processing technology, the problem of vehicle vibration can be solved. Combined with the current 153 new intennediate drive shafl assembly, the assenmbly process and technical improvement were adjusted. It reduces the vibration phenomenon significantly and has obvious effect.
