手术治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究手术治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位的效果。方法选取2016年3月～2017年3月在我院使用手术治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位患者50例,随机分成治疗组(微型钢板内固定术)与对照组(克氏针有限内固定与外固定术),每组25例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组优良率为92%,对照组为72%,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在跖跗关节骨折脱位患者的手术治疗中,切开复位微型钢板内固定术的治疗效果更好。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of patients with metatarsal joint fracture dislocation. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital, 50 patients with metatarsal joint fracture dislocation undergoing surgical treatment were selected, randomly divided into treatment group （miniature plate fixation） and control group （ gram and limited internal fixation with external fixation needle）, each group of 25 people. Compared the efficacy of treatment. Results The optimal rate was 92% in the treatment group, 72% in the control group, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the surgical treatment of patients with metatarsal joint fracture dislocation, the treatment effect of open reduction mini-plate internal fixation is better and should be popularized.
