摘  要:基于前期隔热涂料研究基础,以水性丙烯酸乳液和水性醇酸树脂乳液为基体,采用具有协同隔热功能效应的纳米锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)为隔热功能填料,制备得到透明水性隔热防腐功能涂料,通过隔热箱法对涂料的隔热温差进行测试,利用3101UV型紫外-可见光-近红外分光光度计,对成膜样品在可见光下的透射率和近红外的吸收率进行测试,采用电化学阻抗谱技术(EIS)对涂料的耐腐蚀性能进行表征。结果表明:透明水性隔热防腐涂层的隔热温差受隔热功能填料纳米ATO用量的影响,其最高隔热温差可达8℃;涂膜在可见光区的透光率高达81.5%;磷铬酸失重测试表明,涂层的防腐效果良好;EIS测试表明,纳米ATO用量的增加有利于提高透明水性隔热防腐涂层的抗腐蚀性能。Water-based transparent acrylic thermal insulation coatings were prepared by water-based acrylic and alkyd resinemulsion as the matrix and antimony doped tin oxide (ATO)as functional filler based on our earlier research, in order toevaluate the thermal insulation performance of the coatings, the temperature difference of samples were tested bya hot box wasdesigned and constructed by laboratory, the results shown that the highest temperature difference can reach at8℃, and itsvaries with the content of ATO. The absorptance on near-infrared and transmittance on visible light of the samples weremeasured by 3101UV ultraviolet-visible infrared spectrophotometer, it turns out that the samples with ATO has a goodtransparency. Anticorrosive performance of samples were characterized by the phosphorus chromic acid weight loss test andelectrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)technology. The results shown that the coating has a good preservative effectand the anticorrosive performance improved with higher content of ATO in coating system.
