摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸十八酯(ODMA)/甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、甲基丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯(FMA)为原料,采用溶液自由基聚合合成了含氟无规甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物PODMA-r-PFMA和PBMA-r-PFMA。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)表征了聚合物的结构。采用接触角法研究了含氟甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的表面性质。研究发现,含氟甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物具有优良的表面性质,随氟单体含量的增加,含氟甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物憎水憎油性增大,并趋于平衡。在极性水介质中,含氟甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物表面结构发生重构,接触角下降,一定时间后趋于平衡。非氟单体结构影响共聚物的表面性质及其在水中的稳定性,PODMA-r-PFMA的表面性质及其在水中的稳定性优于PBMA-r-PFMA。Fluorine-containing random methacrylate copolymers PODMA-r-PFMA and PBMA-r-PFMA have beensynthesized by free radical polymerization with octadecyl methacrylate (ODMA) / butyl methacrylate (BMA) andperfluoroalkylethyl methacrylate (FMA) . Their surface property of fluorine-containing methacrylate copolymers wasinvestigated using contact angles. It is found that fluorine-containing methacrylate copolymers have excellent surfaceproperties. With increasing the content of fluorine monomer, hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of fluorine-containingmethacrylate copolymers increase and tend to balance. In water , the surface structure of fluorine-containing methacrylatecopolymers is reconstructed. Contact angles decrease and tend to balance after a certain time. The surface properties of thecopolymers and their stability in water are affected by the structure of the non- fluorine monomers. The surface properties ofPODMA-r-PFMA and their stability in water are better than those of PBMA-r-PFMA.
