摘  要:研究了不同架式结构和肥料配比对红乳葡萄生长、产量及果实品质的影响,结果表明:3年生红乳葡萄在T形架式结构下,用硫酸钾复合肥2700 kg/hm^2以3∶2∶5的比例分别在开花期、坐果期、追肥期对其进行施用的效果最佳。以此施肥模式,其茎粗增加量、新梢长度、新梢粗度、叶面积分别为1.12、21.94、1.25 cm、291.28 cm^2,新梢变色日期为8月13日;单株穗数、单穗粒数、单粒重、产量分别为7.6穗/株、66.5粒/穗、12.48 g/粒、10489.5 kg/hm^2;果形指数、硬度分别为3.41、5.05 kg/cm2;可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量、糖酸比、VC含量分别为21.75%、24.46%、0.71%、34.45、9.76 mg/100 g。The effects of different shelf structures and fertilizer ratios on the growth, yield and fruit quality of Hongru grapewere investigated. Cultivating 3-year-old Hongru grape by T-shape shelf structure combined with applying a total of 2700 kg / hm2potassium sulphate compound fertilizer as flowering fertilizer, fruit-setting fertilizer and topdressing ( 3 ∶ 2 ∶ 5) obtained the besteffects as follows: the stem diameter increment, new shoot length, new shoot diameter and leaf area were 1.12 cm, 21.94 cm,1.25 cm and 291.28 cm2, respectively, and the discoloration date of new shoots was on August 13th; the spike number per plant,grain number per spike, single-grain weight, and yield were 7.6 spike / plant, 66.5 grain / spike, 12.48 g, and 10489.5 kg / hm2,separately; the fruit shape index and fruit hardness were 3.41 and 5.05 kg / cm2, respectively; the contents of soluble solids, soluble sugar and titratable acid in fruits, the sugar-acid ratio, and the VC content were 21.75%, 24.46%, 0.71%, 34.45 and 9.76mg / 100 g, respectively.
