摘　　要：目的:探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组原发性高血压患者采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组原发性高血压患者采用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗,比较两组原发性高血压患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组原发性高血压患者总有效率、舒张压、收缩压均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods：100 patients with primary hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets,and we compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension was significant.
