摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期呼吸肌疲劳的效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期呼吸肌疲劳患者90例,分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采用单一西药治疗,观察组患者采用西药联合中医综合疗法治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者缓解率、症状消失时间、住院时间、血气分析指标、肺功能指标、呼吸频率、血清肌酸磷酸酯酶均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期呼吸肌疲劳的效果显著,安全性高。Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of respiratory muscle fatigue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase.Methods：90 patients with respiratory muscle fatigue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the observation group,the rate of remission,the time of disappearance of symptoms,the time of hospitalization,the index of blood gas analysis,lung function index,respiratory frequency and serum creatine phosphate esterase were all significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of respiratory muscle fatigue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase was significant,the security was high.
