摘　　要：目的:探讨热毒宁联合美洛西林舒巴坦钠治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果。方法:收治小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者46例。将其分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组使用热毒宁治疗,观察组在此基础上联合美洛西林舒巴坦钠治疗。结果:对照组治疗有效率低于观察组(P<0.05),和对照组相比,观察组治疗后血WBC以及体温情况明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合美洛西林舒巴坦钠治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎,安全性强,能全面消除炎症影响,提升治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of reduning combined with meloxicillin sulbactam sodium in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods：46 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were treated.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reduning,and the observation group was given meloxicillin sulbactam sodium combined with reduning.Results：The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）,and the blood WBC and body temperature of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of reduning injection and meroxicillin sulbactam sodium is a safe treatment for children with acute suppurative tonsillitis,which can completely eliminate the effect of inflammation and improve the therapeutic effect.
