摘　　要：目的:探讨多元化健康教育对血液透析患者的心理、自我护理能力以及透析相关并发症的影响。方式:采取多元化的教育方式对40例维持性血液透析患者进行健康教育。结果:通过多元化的健康教育使得血液透析患者能够正确面对疾病,克服恐惧心理,积极配合医护治疗,增强患者依从性,提高患者的自我护理能力并减少透析相关并发症的发生。结论:多元化健康教育对于血液透析患者延长生命、提高透析生活质量具有重要意义。Objective：To explore the effect of diversified health education on psychological,self-care ability and dialysis related complications of hemodialysis patients.Methods：40 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were given health education by adopting diversified education methods.Results：Through multiple health education,hemodialysis patients can face the disease correctly,overcome psychological fear,actively cooperate with medical treatment,enhance compliance,improve the patient＇s self-care ability and reduce the incidence of complications related to dialysis.Conclusion：Diversified health education has great significance for hemodialysis patients,prolonging life and improving the quality of life.
