人文关怀护理应用于直肠癌术后人工肛门患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨直肠癌术后人工肛门患者采用人文关怀护理的效果。方法:收治直肠癌术后人工肛门患者105例,将其分为对照组(52例)和研究组(53例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予人文关怀护理。结果:研究组患者护理满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者总健康状况、社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能以及情绪功能等生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在护理直肠癌术后人工肛门患者的过程中,应用人文关怀护理,不仅能够改善患者日常生活,同时也可以促进护理满意程度的提高。Objective：To explore the effect of humanistic care for patients with rectal cancer after artificial anal surgery.Methods：105 patients with rectal cancer were treated with artificial anus.They were divided into the control group（with 52 cases） and the study group（with 53 cases）.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given humanistic care.Results：The degree of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total health status,social function,body function,role function,cognitive function and emotional function of the study group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the process of nursing rectal cancer after the operation of artificial anus,the application of humanistic care can not only improve the daily life of the patients,but also promote the improvement of the satisfaction of nursing.
