经口腔前庭入路全腔镜甲状腺手术7例临床护理探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨经口腔前庭入路全腔镜甲状腺手术患者的围手术期护理经验。方法:收治经口腔前庭入路全腔镜甲状腺手术患者7例,回顾性分析其围手术期护理。结果:7例患者手术均顺利完成。手术时间150分钟,术中出血量5～10 mL,住院时间10～12 d。术后均无口腔感染,无喉返、喉上神经损伤,无甲状腺功能低下等现象。口腔内黏膜伤口在术后4～5 d基本愈合。结论:经口腔前庭入路全腔镜甲状腺手术具有安全性高、微创、美容效果好的特点,加强围手术期护理对手术安全、顺利开展及术后疗效具有重要作用。Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing experience of patients undergoing total endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral vestibular approach.Methods：7 patients undergoing total endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral vestibular approach were selected and perioperative nursing was retrospectively analyzed.Results：All the 7 cases were successfully completed.The operation time was 150 minutes,the intraoperative blood loss was 5 to 10 m L,and the hospital stay was 10 to 12 days.There was no oral infection,recurrent laryngeal and superior laryngeal nerve injury and hypothyroidism after operation.The wound in the oral mucosa was basically healed at 4 to 5 days after the operation.Conclusion：The total endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral vestibular approach was characterized by high safety,minimal invasion and good cosmetic results,intensive perioperative care played an important role in safe,smooth operation and postoperative efficacy.
