摘　　要：目的:探讨济宁市任城区建筑工地农民工艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为知晓情况,为开展有针对性的行为干预和宣传工作提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,以自行设计的"艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为调查表"进行现况调查,进行匿名问卷调查。结果:被调查对象对传播艾滋病的途径知晓率较高,但对非传播途径了解不多。获得相关知识的来源主要是电视或光盘、报刊或书籍,喜欢获得艾滋病知识的途径主要以电视或光盘、免费宣传材料为主。83.3%的建筑工人愿意获得更多关于艾滋病方面的知识。结论:建筑工地民工是艾滋病宣教的重点对象,找寻适合民工艾滋病防治宣教的最佳方式或有效途径,是控制艾滋病疫情蔓延扩散的重要环节。Objective：To explore the awareness of AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior among migrant workers in construction area of Rencheng District in Jining City,to provide a basis for conducting targeted interventions and publicity.Methods：Using cluster sampling,we conducted current situation survey with selfmade ＂AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire＂ and carried out an anonymous questionnaire survey.Results：The awareness rate of AIDS transmission routes of subjects of investigation was high,but there was not much knowledge about non transmission routes.The main source of knowledge was television or CD-ROM,newspapers or books,the main ways to acquire AIDS knowledge were TV or CD,free publicity materials.83.3% of construction workers were willing to get more knowledge about AIDS.Conclusion：Migrant workers in construction area were the focus of AIDS education,finding the best way or effective way for AIDS prevention and treatment of migrant workers was an important part of controlling the spread of AIDS.
