摘 要:在分析黄埔老港集装箱作业效率现状的基础上,以AHP模糊综合评价法为主要的研究方法,结合问卷调查和实地调研,从泊位、装卸、堆场和闸口四个方面,建立港口集装箱效率评估体系,并对黄埔老港整体及各子系统的作业效率进行评价。研究表明:黄埔老港整体作业效率处于较高的水平,但受制于地理条件,泊位效率相对较低,泊位环节仍需要改进;闸口效率处于中等水平,需要解决在高峰期的过闸能力问题。本研究对于评价内河港作业效率、指导港口优化资源配置有重要价值。In this paper, based on the analysis of the current container operation efficiency in Huangpu Old Port, with AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the main research method, and in combination with questionnaire survey and field investigation, on the aspects of berth, loading and unloading, storage yard and lock, we built the port container efficiency evaluation system to evaluate the operation efficiency of the Huangpu Old Port as a whole and its subsystems. The result shows that the overall operation efficiency of the port is at a high level, but due to its limited geographical conditions, the berth efficiency is relatively low, and the berth link still needs improvement; the gate efficiency is at a moderate level and lockage capacity still remains a problem to be solved, especially at rush hours.
