摘 要:在全面考虑车辆器材保障评价体系设计原则的基础上,构建了车辆器材保障网点评价指标体系。通过综合对比各评价方法的优劣,最终选取层次分析法进行研究,使得评价指标的选择和各有效指标权重得到分配,并对模型进行了求解分析和算例验证,实现了面向任务的器材保障网点资质的动态评估,为军用车辆器材保障网点资质评价提供了有力的理论依据和技术支持。On the basis of fully considering the design principles of the vehicle equipment support evaluation system, this paperconstructs the evaluation index system of the vehicle equipment support network. By comprehensively comparing the advantages anddisadvantages of each evaluation method, it finally selects the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for this study, so that the evaluation indexesare identified and the weight of each effective index reasonably assigned, and the model is then solved and verified through an example torealize the dynamic evaluation of the task-oriented qualification of the equipment support network.
