摘　　要：阐述了医疗质量管理体系建设的目的及意义,介绍了宜昌市中心人民医院医疗质量管理的主要环节和方法,提出医疗质量管理的组织体系、方法体系、评价体系及保障体系的建设问题,并就医疗质量管理重点环节进行了探讨,以寻求建立医疗质量管理的长效机制,促进医院的整体发展。This article expounds the aim and significance of the construction for medical quality system, introduces the points and methods of medical quality management in Yichang Central People＇s Hospital. This article also brings forward construction issues of organization system, method system, evaluation system and security system, and discusses the key points to build a long- term mechanism to drive the unitary development forward of the hospital.
