摘　　要：使用SWOT分析法,发现乡镇卫生院配置大型医学影像设备的优势和劣势,分析外部环境中的机遇和威胁,根据分析结果提出乡镇卫生院应抓住配置大型医学影像设备的良好契机,克服自身劣势、回避外部威胁,合理配置大型医学影像设备。It uses SWOT analysis method to find advantages and disadvantages of large - scale medical imaging equipment allocation in township hospitals, analyze opportunity and threat in external environment. According to the analysis results, it puts forward that township hospitals should catch good opportunity to allocate large -scale medical imaging equipment, overcome itself weakness, avoid external threat, reasonably allocate large -scale medical imaging equipment.
