大理州基本公共卫生服务基层从业人员满意度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解大理州基本公共卫生服务基层从业人员的工作满意度及影响因素,为制定针对性的措施提供参考依据。[方法]采用整群随机抽样对乡村两级186名从业人员进行问卷调查。[结果]大理州基本公共卫生服务基层从业人员综合满意度为(3. 09±0. 72)分;最不满意的方面是工作量、收入状况及工作环境;乡村两级从业人员综合满意度差异无统计学意义(t=1. 796,P=0. 074);多因素分析表明,机构级别、月均收入及日均工作时间是满意度的主要影响因素。[结论]大理州基本公共卫生服务基层从业人员满意度一般,改善收入和缩短工作时间是提高工作满意度的关键。Objective To understand the satisfaction and the influencing factors of basic public health service＇s primary practitioners in Dali prefecture so as to provide reference for formulating pertinent measure. Methods Random cluster sampling methods was used to conduct question-naire survey to 186 primary practitioners. Results The overall satisfaction of basic public health service＇s primary practitioners was 3.09 ± 0. 72. The most dissatisfied aspects were the workload, income and working environment, and there was no statistical significance （ t = 1. 796, P = 0. 074） in difference of overall satisfaction of primary practitioners in township and village. Multivariate analysis showed that the level of institu- tional, income per month and the mean working time were main influencing factors. Conclusions The satisfaction of basic public health service＇s primary practitioners is ordinary, hnproving income and shortening working hours are the key of improving satisfaction.
