摘 要:为高效回收利用某高硫铅锌多金属矿对其进行了半荧光分析、XRD分析和SEM分析及选矿工艺试验研究。试验研究结果表明:该矿可回收利用的金属元素为铅、锌、银,其中铅主要赋存于方铅矿中,锌主要赋存于闪锌矿中,银主要与方铅矿伴生;矿石中铅锌矿物紧密共生、嵌布特性复杂,其铅、锌、银的品位分别为1. 76%、3. 97%和22. 03 g/t;试验采用浮铅抑锌的优先浮选工艺和正交试验优化浮选药剂制度处理该矿石,实现了铅、锌、银的综合回收,最终获得了含铅57. 57%、含银564. 26 g/t、铅回收率为89. 63%、银回收率为70. 18%的铅精矿,锌品位为46. 44%、锌回收率为76. 97%的锌精矿;实现了该矿的综合回收及高效利用。In order to high efficient recycle a high-sulfur lead-zinc polymetallic ore, semi fluores- cence analysis,XRD analysis,SEM analysis and beneficiation process experiment were conducted. The re- suits showed that the metal elements Pb,Zn,Ag could be recovered in the ore. Pb and Zn mainly existed in galena and sphalerite respectively,Ag was mainly associated with galena. The grade of Pb,Zn and Ag were 1.76% ,3.97% ,22.03 g/t respectively in the ore with lead and zinc minerals close association and complex disseminated features. Via the test by adopting the process of lead preferential flotation and then zinc flotation as well as the flotation reagent system optimization by orthogonal test,Pb,Zn,Ag in the ore were comprehensive recovered. Eventually, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 57.57%, containing Ag 564. 26 g/t, Pb recovery rate of 89.63 % , Ag recovery rate of 70. 18% and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 46.44% ,recovery rate of 76.97% were achieved, comprehensive recovery and high efficient utilization were realized.
