摘　　要：针对罗河赤铁矿选别指标差的问题,对现有选矿工艺流程进行了详细流程考察,深入分析了选别指标差的原因,试验室进行了螺旋溜槽1粗1精试验、螺旋溜槽给矿分级重选的工艺优化试验,试验取得了较好的选别指标,可作为现场工艺优化改造的依据。Aiming at the problem of the bad Luohe hematite separation indexes, reviewed existing mineral processing flowsheet in detail, deeply analyzed the reason of bad separation indexes. Test on process optimization of spiral chute one roughing-one cleaning-spiral chute tailings classification gravity concentration was carried out. The better test separation indexes were obtained which could be served as basises of site process optimization and transformation.
