摘  要:为解决紫外荧光法测定原油中硫含量进样困难的问题,选取航空煤油、对二甲苯、无水乙醇、石油醚四种试剂以及相互混合液分别对不同原油进行稀释,从而降低原油粘度,研究了不同稀释剂和不同比例下用紫外荧光法测定粘稠原油的硫含量.考察了稀释比例,超声波作用时间,超声波温度,进行三因素三水平正交实验分析.最佳测定条件为:超声波作用时间为15 min,超声波作用温度为50℃,稀释比例为1∶20.测定结果相对误差小于3. 7%,回收率范围为83. 0%~112. 8%.In order to solve the problem of determining sulfur content in crude oil by ultraviolet fluorescence method,aviation kerosene,p-xylene,anhydrous ethanol,petroleum ether and mutual mixture were selected to reduce crude oil viscosity by dilution. Different diluents and ratios were studied to determine the sulfur content of viscous crude oils by ultraviolet fluorescence. the dilution ratio,ultrasonic time and temperature and the trifactor tri-level orthogonal experiment analysis were conducted. The experiment results show that the optimum condition is 15 min of ultrasonic time at 50℃ with dilution ratio of 1∶ 20. The relative error in the solution is less than 3. 7%,and the recoveries are in the range from 83. 0% - 112. 8%.
