摘  要:采用模压法实现环氧树脂混凝土(EPC)对C70高强硅酸盐混凝土预制内核的包覆与结合,经振捣、养护和时效得到复合混凝土材料.对四种不同形状特征界面的性能测试结构表明:复合混凝土界面间存在化学吸附力和黏合键,界面横向断裂强度与树脂抑制层中固化胶束及微胶束的密度和排列方式有关.波面接头固化胶束密度大、排列致密且有序性好,横向断裂强度达到7. 78MPa,比常规接头试样提高70. 2%.虽然波面界面区一定程度上放大了两相的热膨胀系数差异,所产生的固化附加应力略大,会产生少量的应力集中现象,其抗压强度有8. 8%的损失,但其对材料最终性能的影响是很小的.The cladding of prefabricated inner core of C70 high strength Portland concrete with epoxy polymer concrete(EPC) is conducted by compression moulding,vibration,curing and aging to obtain,composite concrete. The performance tests of four kinds of interfaces with different shape features of the composite show that there are chemical adsorption forces and adhesive bonds between the composite concrete interfaces,The interfacial transverse fracture strength is related to the density and arrangement of the solidified micelles in the resin inhibiting layer. Undee adhesively bonded joint has a high density of solidified micelles with compact and ordered arrangement,which made the transverse fracture strength reach 7. 78 MPa,70. 2% higher than that of conventional joint specimens. Although the undee adhesively bonded joint partly amplifies the difference in thermal expansion coefficient of two-phase interfacial transition zone,which results in a slight increase in additional stress and a small amount of stress concentration,the compressive strength has a loss of 8. 8%,and the effect on the ultimate properties of the material is minimal.
