福建自贸区建立对闽台农产品进出口贸易的影响探析

摘　　要：【目的/意义】探索福建自贸区的建立对闽台农产品进出口贸易的影响,提出相应建设福建自贸区的建议,对福建自贸区的发展有着重要的现实意义。【方法/过程】总结福建自贸区建设的基本情况,阐述闽台农产品进出口贸易近况及问题,通过比较分析法分析福建自贸区建立前后闽台农产品进出口贸易的变化情况,探索福建自贸区对闽台农产品贸易的影响。【结果/结论】在福建自贸区建设的背景下,提出应构建闽台物流体系,加强行政管理队伍的建设,加快政府职能的转变,注重跨境电商平台建设等建议。[Objective/Meaning]It is of great significance for the development of Fujian free trade zone to analyze its effects on the import and export of agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan and propose corresponding sug gestions for the construction of Fujian free trade zone. [Methods/ProcedureslIn this article, we firstly introduced the basic situations of Fujian free trade zone construction, and elaborated the recent conditions and problems for the im port and export of agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan. Then the changes of agricultural import and ex port between two provinces before and after Fujian free trade zone establishment were comparatively analyzed to deter mine the influence of free trade zone on agricultural trade. [Resuhs/ConclusionslFor the development of Fujian free trade zone, it was suggested to construct logistics system between Fujian and Taiwan, to enhance the administrative management team, to accelerate the transformation of government functions, and to pay enough attention on the con struction of cross border e commerce platform.
