摘　　要：阐述了煤矿通风管理的重要性,分析了影响煤矿矿井通风安全的因素,主要包括技术因素、人力资源、管理因素、环境因素,最后对加强煤矿矿井通风的管理措施进行分析,即优化通风系统,加强通风设备管理,实现信息化管理等,以期为日后从事这项工作的工作人员提供参考。This paper expounded the importance of coal mine ventilation management, and analyzed the factors affecting coal mine ventilation safety, including technical factors, human resources, management factors and environmental factors. Finally, it analyzed the management measures to strengthen coal mine ventilation, such as optimizing ventilation system, strengthening the management of ventilation equipment and realizing information management, with a view to providing reference for the staff that will do this work in future.
