摘  要:针对透射式血氧饱和度测量仪存在佩戴不舒适,不适于长期佩戴的问题,该文设计的耳部佩戴型反射式无线血氧监测仪,由耳塞与主体部分组成,耳塞中有反射式传感器,采用有弹性的材料,符合人体工学设计,适合多数人佩戴。主体部分包括信号采集转化模块、数字信号处理模块、运动监测模块、存储模块、低功耗蓝牙透传模块、电源管理电路及电池和充电模块。嵌入式软件包括控制和算法,实现对硬件系统各个模块的控制和设置,以及数据的滤波,血氧值、脉搏值的计算等。设计了血氧监测APP,注册账户后,可以实时显示通过蓝牙传输的血氧饱和度值、脉搏波、脉率、设备状态等信息。该设计适合长期佩戴和记录血氧饱和度等相关数据,有助于低氧血症及其相关事件的及时检出与治疗。Considering the problems that the transmission type pulse oximeter is not comfortable to wear and is not suitable for long term wearing,a reflectance pulse oximeter was designed. The oximeter was composed of ear body and main body. The ear body contained a reflective sensor,which was made of flexible material. The design fits the ergonomics and suits most of people. The main body contained the signal acquisition and conversion module,the digital signal processing module,the motion monitoring module,the storage module,the Bluetooth low energy module,power management circuit,battery and charging module. Embedded software included the control and algorithm implementation. The settings of each module in hardware system,data filtering,oxygen saturation value and pulse value calculation were realized by embedded software. The blood oxygen monitoring APP was designed. The blood oxygen saturation value,pulse wave,pulse rate,equipment state and so on could be displayed in real time through Bluetooth after registering. This design is suitable for long-term wearing and recording the blood oxygen saturation and other related data,which is helpful for timely detection and treatment of hypoxemia and related events.
