冠心舒通胶囊联合常规西药治疗心绞痛的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心舒通胶囊联合常规西药治疗心绞痛的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月至2017年4月的收治的60例心绞痛患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为对照组(30例,给予常规西药治疗)与观察组(30例,给予冠心舒通胶囊联合常规西药治疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前、后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊联合常规西药治疗心绞痛有较明显的抗炎效果,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guanxin Shutong capsule combined with conventional westernmedicine on angina pectoris and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods From March 2015 to April 2017, 60 patientswith angina pectoris treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （30 cases, treated with conventionalwestern medicine） and observation group （30 cases, treated with Guanxin Shutong capsule combined with conventionalwestern medicine）. The clinical efficacy, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α before and after treatment and adversereactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was86.67%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups decreased, and those of the observationgroup were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significantdifference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Guanxin Shutongcapsule combined with conventional western medicine on angina pectoris has obvious anti-inflammatory effect, and thecurative effect is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical application.
