罗氏芬联合红霉素治疗小婴儿重症肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析罗氏芬联合红霉素治疗小婴儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院儿科2016年3月至2017年6月收治的80例重症肺炎婴儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予罗氏芬治疗,观察组给予罗氏芬联合红霉素治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8均显著下降,且均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗氏芬联合红霉素治疗小婴儿重症肺炎的临床效果显著,其能有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Rocephin combined with erythromycin in the treatment ofinfants with severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 80 severe pneumonia infants admitted in our hospital from March2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in eachgroup. The control group was given Rocephin, and the observation group was given the combination of Rocephin anderythromycin. The treatment effects were observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in theobservation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the levels of TNF-琢, IL-6, IL-8 inthe observation group significantly decreased, and which were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; thedisappearance time of lung rales and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those inthe the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rocephin combined with erythromycin in the treatment of infants withsevere pneumonia has significant clinical efficacy, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,shorten the hospital stay. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
