摘　　要：目的分析已婚已育使用宫内节育器妇女生殖道感染的临床特征,并总结其危险因素。方法回顾性分析2016年9月至2017年12月收治的500例已婚已育使用宫内节育器妇女的临床资料,并总结危险因素。结果所有受检者的感染率为11.80%;单因素、多因素Logistic分析结果显示,感染组年龄>35岁、术者工龄<3年、术后1个月内盆浴、术后1个月内性生活、2个或多个性伴侣的构成比均明显高于未感染组(P<0.05),为独立危险因素;感染组术后预防性使用抗生素、使用黄柏洗剂的构成比均明显低于非感染组(P<0.05),为保护性因素。结论已婚已育使用宫内节育器妇女生殖道感染率较高,且以阴道感染为主,应当实施针对性的措施进行预防控制。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and risk factors of reproductive tract infections in marriedwomen with intrauterine device. Methods The clinical data of 500 married women who had used intrauterine device fromSeptember 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, and the risk factors were summarized. Results Theinfection rate of all patients was 11.80%. The univariate and multivaviate Logistic analysis showed that the rates of age〉35,the operator age〈3 years, bathing within1 month after operation, making love within1 month after operation,2 or morepersonality partners in the infection group were higher than those in the uninfected group （P〈0.05）, which were theindependent risk factors; the rates of using prophylactic antibiotics and Huangbai lotion in the infection group were lowerthan those in the uninfected group （P〈0.05）, which were the protective factors. Conclusion The rate of reproductive tractinfection in married women who use intrauterine device is high, and vaginal infection is the main one. The prevention andcontrol measures should be implemented.
