摘　　要：目的探究膏滋药的制备、储存及服用注意事项。方法通过查阅相关参考文献和参照2010年版《中国药典》中关于膏滋的检查项目及相关质量标准,归纳和总结膏滋药的制备、储存和服用方法及注意事项。结果膏滋药的制备包含了配料、浸泡、煎煮、浓缩及收膏等工序。在存储过程中需注意凉膏的存储、膏滋药存储容器的选择、舀取膏方汤匙的存储以及膏方表面出现小霉点的处理方法和再次存储等。为促进膏滋药药效的充分发挥,服药时候需遵循因人、因时、因地制宜的服药原则和循序递增的用药剂量调整原则,并高度重视服药注意事项。结论膏滋药具有营养滋补和预防治疗的综合作用,只有良好地掌握其药物的制备、储存和服用方法及注意事项,才能最大限度地保证药效、防止药物存储变性和避免药物不良反应。Objective To explore the precautions for preparation, storage and taking of ointment. Methods By reviewingthe relevant references and referring to the examination items and related quality standards of the ointment in the 2010edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the preparation, storage and taking methods and precautions of ointment weresummarized. Results The preparation of the ointment consisted of ingredients, soaking, boiling, concentrating and ointmentcollecting. In the process of storing the ointment, the storage of the cool ointment, the selection of the storage container, theselection of the ointment spoon, the processing method of the mildew on the surface of the ointment and storage again shouldbe given great attention. In order to promote the full play of the medicinal effects of the ointment, it was necessary to followthe principles of taking medications adapt to people, time and local conditions, and gradually increasing the dosage ofmedications, the precautions of taking medicine should be given great attention. Conclusion Ointment has the effect ofnutrition nourishing, prevention and treatment. Only by mastering the methods of preparation, storage, taking methods andprecautions of the drug, can maximize the effect of the drug, the storage denaturation and drug adverse reactions be avoided.
