专业心理护理联合优质护理在腰大池置管持续引流脑脊液患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在腰大池置管持续引流脑脊液患者中应用专业心理护理联合优质护理的效果。方法将我院收治的80例腰大池置管持续引流脑脊液患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组实施优质护理,试验组实施专业心理护理联合优质护理。对比两组患者护理前、后的心理状态、自我效能感及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组SAS、SDS及GSES评分均显著改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专业心理护理联合优质护理可改善腰大池置管持续引流脑脊液患者的心理状态和自我效能感,减少并发症,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of professional psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing inpatients with lumbar cisterna continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbarcisterna continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid in our hospital were randomly divided into control group andexperimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high -quality nursing, and theexperimental group was treated with professional psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing. The psychologicalstatus, self-efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDSand GSES in the two groups significantly improved, and those of the experimental group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Professional psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing can improve the psychological statesand self-efficacy in patients with lumbar cisterna continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid and reduce complications. It isworthy of clinical application and popularization.
