中医手部训练器在手外伤术后功能训练中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察中医手部功能训练器在手外伤术后功能训练中的应用效果。方法将134例手外伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各67例。所有患者均从术后开展常规性康复治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中医手部功能训练器进行手部按摩。比较两组患者康复训练开始时、8周后肌腱总主动活动度(TAM)、上肢功能指数(UEFI)及术后6个月时的再就业情况;统计观察组患者对该训练器的依从性。结果训练8周后,两组患者的TAM和UEFI评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组待业中的患者占比低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者对中医手部功能训练器治疗依从性为97.01%。结论中医手部功能训练器可提高患者手部功能的恢复效果,促进患者再就业。Objective To observe the application effect of TCM hand fuction training device in functional training afterhand injury operation. Methods A total of 134 cases with hand injury were randomly divided into control group andobservation group, with 67 cases in each group. All the patients underwent routine rehabilitation treatment after operation,the observation group was given hand massage by TCM hand function training device on the basis of this. The total activerange of motion （TAM）, upper limb function index （UEFI） at beginning and after 8 weeks of rehabilitation training and re-employment at 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups, the observation group＇s compliance with thetrainer was counted. Results After 8 weeks of training, the TAM and UEFI scores of the two groups increased, and those inthe observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. At 6 months after surgery, the proportion of unemployedpatients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance of theobservation group patients with the TCM hand function trainer was 97.01%. Conclusion TCM hand function training device canimprove the recovery effect of hand function and promote the reemployment of the patients.
