摘 要:目的了解广州市近年来蛲虫在托幼机构中感染状况及流行特点,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据本市各区的地理分布,选取相应的托幼机构,通过随机整群抽样方法,抽取3~6岁幼儿,采用透明胶纸法检测蛲虫感染率,一份样品检测2次。结果共选取213个托幼机构,检测42 005名儿童,蛲虫总感染率为3.95%,其中男童感染率为4.02%,女童感染率3.88%,5~6岁龄组感染率高于3~4岁年龄组,其中5岁年龄组感染率达到4.65%,各年龄组之间的感染率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);各地区中花都区感染率最高为6.69%,其次是增城区和海珠区,越秀和荔湾区最低均为0.59%,各区之间的感染率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论监测显示,城市中尤其城郊的托幼机构中,儿童蛲虫感染率较高,仍然是困扰儿童的主要寄生虫,严重影响儿童的正常生长发育以及身心健康。应采取有效的综合防治措施,降低儿童蛲虫感染率。Objective To study the Enterobius vermicularis(E. vermicularis)infection status and the epidemic characteristics in different groupsin Guangzhou, and to supply the strategy for prevention and treatment. Methods Based on the geographic distribution and types of kindergarten inGuangzhou, children aged 3-6 years old were enrolled by random cluster sample, Egg of pinworm were detected by cellophane tape method, eachsample check twice. Results 42 005 children were examined from 213 kindergartens. The total infection rate was 3.95% and the rate of male and femalewas 4.02% and 3.88% respectively. The infection rate of 5-6 years group was higher than 3-4 years group and 5 years group show the highestrate of 4.65%, and the difference between them was significant(P〈0.05). Huadu district has the highest infection rate (6.69%), followed byZengcheng and Haizh district, while Yuexiu and Liwan have the lowest rate (both of 0.59%). The infection rate among different districts were significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion E.vermicularis infection of children is still at a higher level, especially in kindergartens at the rural areas. Enterobius.asan import parasite for children effects the healthy of them, so an effective combined prevention and control measurement should be implemented toreduce the infection of parasite.
