摘　　要：目的探讨梅毒螺旋体蛋白印迹试验(TP-Ig M-WB)在排除早期先天梅毒中的应用。方法收集本所性病门诊接诊的16例经甲苯胺红不加热血清反应素试验(TRUST)阳性和梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)阳性确定的疑似梅毒患儿,进一步检测TP-Ig M-WB结果,与跟踪随访后的疑似患儿的TRUST、TPPA结果进行对比,探讨TP-Ig M-WB在早期排除先天梅毒中的价值。结果 16例双阳疑似梅毒患儿中,经TRUST、TPPA随访至3、6、12月后均排除先天梅毒,与首次就诊时进行的TP-Ig M-WB阴性检测结果相符。结论 TP-Ig M-WB可用于早期排除先天梅毒,优于常规综合试验方法,可极早期减少疑似梅毒患儿家庭的精神负担,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the application of treponema pallidum （TP-IgM-WB） in early removal of congenital syphilis. Methods To collectmy venereal outpatient departments of 16 cases by toluidine red unheated serum reagin test （TRUST） and treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutinationpositive test （TPPA） positive definite children with suspected syphilis, further testing TP - IgM - WB results, with follow-up after comparingwith the results of children with suspected of TRUST, TPPA, investigate TP - IgM - WB in early to rule out the value of congenital syphilis.Results In 16 cases of suspected syphilitic syphilitic syphilis, it was followed up to 3, 6, and 12 months after follow-up by TRUST and TPPA, andthe congenital syphilis was excluded, which was consistent with the results of tp-igm-wb negative test conducted during the first visit. ConclusionTp-igm-wb can be used for early elimination of congenital syphilis, which is better than the conventional comprehensive test method. It can reducethe mental burden of families with suspected syphilis in the early stage, which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
