摘　　要：基于体育视频运动目标检测与跟踪系统功能需求基础上,研发一款依托MySQL数据库、JAVA语言等技术支持的系统。依据项目实际需求,将其设定为体育视频管理、目标检测、视频采集及目标跟踪这4个功能模块。同时,对系统的操作及性能展开测试,进一步验证所设计系统的可行性。通过将该系统用于体育视频中,系统对采集的运动信息展开处理并获取人体运动参数,而这些数据的获取对运动员及教练自身发展具有重要的现实意义。Based on the functional requirements of sports video moving target detection and tracking system, this paper develops a system based on MySQL database, Java language and other technical support. According to the actual needs of the project, it is set as sports video management, target detection, video capture and target tracking four functional modules. At the same time, the operation and performance of the system are tested to further verify the feasibility of the designed system. By using the system in sports video, the system processes the collected motion information and acquires human motion parameters, and the acquisition of these data has important practical significance for the development of athletes and coaches.
