摘 要:交联聚乙烯(XLPE)性能稳定,工程质量良好,始终是电力电缆的主要绝缘构成材质。文中根据电缆主绝缘故障较少,而护层和插件层故障层出不穷的工程现状,提出了针对金属护层的一种XLPE接地环流监测方案。旨在电缆护层状态分析的基础上,建立护层感应电势模型,并对常规状态下电压作用、短路、异常进行核算,从而整合推出XLPE接地感应环流电路模型。在此基础上建立接地环流公式,可方便诊断出金属护层的各类损伤、故障及异常接地环流。经过实验测试结果表明,此监测方案可灵敏反应绝缘状况,实时反馈电缆状态。其数据表征稳定,具备极高的研究、开发价值。cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) has stable performance and good engineering quality. It has always been the main insulation material of power cable. According to the fact that the main insulation fault of cable is less, and the failure situation of sheath and plug-in layer is not poor, a monitoring scheme of XLPE grounding for metal protective layer is put forward. Based on the analysis of cable sheath state, the induction potential model of the sheath is established, and the voltage action, short-circuit and abnormity in the normal state are calculated, so as to integrate the XLPE earth induction loop circuit model. On this basis, the ground circulation formula is established, which can be used to diagnose all kinds of damage, fault and abnormal grounding circulation of metal shield. The circulation comparison test before and after the cable grounding shows that the monitoring scheme can sensitively respond to the insulation condition, real-time feedback the cable state, and represent the data stably, and has high research and development value.
