摘 要:为探求更好的混凝土厚度现场无损检测方法,运用冲击回波仪对不同龄期、不同厚度的素混凝土试件和钢筋混凝土试件进行测试,研究了激振装置、混凝土强度等级、混凝土龄期、钢筋配置对测试结果的影响,提出了冲击回波法评价混凝土厚度的数学模型和评价方法。研究结果表明:激振装置的选择极为关键,正确选择激振装置可有效规避钢筋对构件厚度测试信号的影响,混凝土龄期与冲击回波波速成正相关关系,引入不确定度评定分量使冲击回波法检测混凝土厚度的准确度得到有效保证。In order to explore a better non-destructive testing method for concrete thickness,plain concrete specimens and reinforced concrete specimens of different age and thickness were tested. The impact of vibration device,strength grade of concrete,concrete age and location of reinforcement on test result was studied. Along with mathematical model and assessment methodology of concentrate thickness evaluated by impact-echo method was proposed using the impact-echo instrument. The results show that the election of vibration device is crucial for the reason that the concentrate age and velocity of impact-echo are positively correlated with each other,the impact of concentrate on characteristic signal tested by thickness component may be effectively avoided with correct election of vibration device,and the degree of accuracy of concentrate thickness detected by impact-echo method may be effectively guaranteed by introducing the component of uncertainty evaluation.
