摘　　要：从交易费用经济学的视角,研究项目不确定性、交易费用对项目绩效的影响机制。工程项目绩效的影响因素包括交易环境的不确定性、交易费用、业主在工程交易中的角色、承包商在工程交易中的角色。工程项目绩效测量变量包括成本、工期、质量、客户满意度。通过问卷收集数据,对测量变量进行信度检验,对结构方程路径模型进行拟合优度检验表明,模型拟合较好。降低建设项目交易环境的不确定性,促使业主和承包商在交易中的角色正向性,可以降低交易费用,从而提高项目绩效。The impact of uncertainty and transaction costs on construction project performance was studied from transaction costs economics perspective. Project performance was measured on the basis of completion within the budget and on schedule,compliance with quality standards and satisfaction of the owner. The influence factors include the magnitude of transaction costs,the uncertainty in the transaction environment and the owner and the contractor roles in the transaction. Through the collected data from questionnaire,the reliability test of measuring variables and the goodness of fit tests of the path structure equation model,it showed that the model fitting was good. The findings show that project performance can be enhanced if the uncertainty in the transaction environment is minimized,transaction costs are kept low and owners and contractors are sensitive to transaction-related issues and post positive role.
