摘 要:针对大修作业过程存在较大的盲目性和不规范性,采用C#语言编制了一套修井作业软件,该软件主要包括三维井眼轨迹模块,有限元分析模块和数据库管理模块。通过输入井斜角、方位角等测斜数据进行插值计算,实现三维井眼轨迹拟合;根据设置的参数自动编写管柱力学分析命令流程序,输入ANSYS软件中并进行分析计算,最后显示结果云图;数据库管理模块提供井身结构信息,修井施工的实时参数以及各种工具及材料的特征参数。本软件逻辑清晰,结构完整。计算结果准确,可较好的指导技术人员更加科学地完成修井作业。Aiming at the large degree of blindness and irregularity for workover operation, a set of workover operation software was compiled by using C# language. The software mainly included three-dimensional wellbore trajectory module, finite element analysis module and database management module. Three-dimensional well trajectory fitting was realized through the inputted well tilt angle, azimuth angle and the other inclinometer data are carried on interpolation calculation. According to the set parameters, the command flow program was wrote automatically for the pipe mechanics analysis, entered into the ANSYS software and conducted analysis and calculation, finally displayed the result cloud image. The database management module provides well structure information, real-time parameters of the workover operation, and feature parameters of the various tools and materials. The software possess clear logic and complete structure and the calculation results are accurate,can guide the technicians to complete the workover operations more scientifically.
